What Youll Do

Design, develop, and launch responsive websites and mobile applications using modern front end technologies. Collaborate closely with other team members to bring features from concept to production. Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation, design, and architecture decisions. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. 35 years of professional front end development experience. Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS. Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Figma or similar design tools. Experience with Optimizely or other content management systems. Mobile app development using React or React Native. Familiarity with APIs, Telerik UI Components, Sass (Sassy CSS), and AI-assisted code development. Knowledge of ADA website compliance standards.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $114,192.00 - $157,706.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
