Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from the public Process and respond to service requests and general information questions Accurately document and update records in the system Provide clear, courteous, and professional customer service Follow established procedures for handling inquiries and requests Support team members during peak periods and emergencies Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (issued by a US State Department of Education) At least 6 months of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Additional Details: Type: Temp-to-hire Location: New Orleans, LA (on-site) Pay: $17.50/hour Schedule: Fixed or rotating shift; may include weekends; emergency work required
