Front Desk & Retail Associate: Be a part of our amazing front desk team as a guest and retail associate who sets the tone for every person that walks through the front doors, creating a warm and friendly environment for clients and staff alike. Job Description: As a guest care and retail associate at Urban Nirvana, you'll have an array of responsibilities ranging from administrative work like booking appointments and using a POS during checkouts, to more operational duties like assisting shoppers with retail and handling client inquiries. Your duties might include, but are not limited to: Greeting anyone that walks in the front door, and directing them or helping them accordingly. Answering/returning phone calls throughout the day. Overseeing the schedule to handle client check-ins and check-outs, including troubleshooting any issues that might arise surrounding running late, missing appointments, etc. Gaining sufficient knowledge in our retail to be able to effectively help clients find what they're looking for. Maintaining the clean and fresh environment of the spa and salon throughout the day.

An Ideal candidate is someone who: Has prior experience in a customer service or retail setting. Works well with a team, and has efficient communication skills. Maintains professionalism when communicating with clients, whether it be over the phone, via messaging system, or in an email. Would describe themselves as a people-person. Loves learning about new products and retail, and showing it off to clients to encourage sales.
