FRONT DESK MANAGER /LEAD GAMING CASHIER

This position requires working closely with the General Manager in all aspects of the Hotel operations and as lead Gaming Cashier. Excellent customer service is required, be able to work with customers on reservations, phone inquiries,3rd party reservations, and customer concerns. You will work with the G.M. on maximizing revenues, room occupancy, special events, answering customer reviews, housekeeping reports, and employee relations. Duties also included Gaming Cashier and other duties that may be assigned.

This position requires you to be 21 years of age, have a South Dakota Gaming License, currently have a key license or can apply for one. Must be able to work a variety of shifts and days.

Hourly Pay range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour; this is a full-time position with O.T. pay available.
