As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of the hotel—handling check-ins, answering questions, and solving problems with a smile. You'll play a key role in delivering the warm hospitality that brings our guests back year after year.

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (spring through fall)
Hours: Flexible scheduling; may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
Accurately process payments and maintain guest records
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Skills & Requirements:
Friendly, guest-first attitude with a strong focus on service
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel software
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
