This full-time seasonal position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating positive first and last impressions.

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of the hotelhandling check-ins, answering questions, and solving problems with a smile. You'll play a key role in delivering the warm hospitality that brings our guests back year after year.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (spring through fall)

• Hours: Flexible scheduling; may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently

• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions

• Accurately process payments and maintain guest records

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams

• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Friendly, guest-first attitude with a strong focus on service

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel software

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
