As a Fresh Retail Sales Manager, you'll shape retail strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and deepen relationships with some of our most strategic partners.The Impact You'll MakeYou'll lead the charge on fresh pork sales across our retail channel, managing relationships with 2-3 key targeted growth customers while driving execution of the retail sales strategy, service and growth across your team. You'll be a strategic voice, a cross-functional connector, and a champion of growth and excellence, translating strategy into action, and action into measurable wins.
