As a Forklift Operator and Material Handler, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing processsupporting machine operations, ensuring product quality, and keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Team up with machine operators to set up and run production equipment
  • Keep a close eye on machines to ensure top-notch quality and steady output
  • Load raw materials and transport finished goods with precision and care
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition
  • Inspect products for defects and report any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety protocols
  • Operate key machinery including extruders, laminators, presses, and slitters

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Familiarity with machinery and mechanical functions
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Forklift and clamp truck experience (training available!)

Bonus Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with machine operation, assembly, general labor, or production
  • Skilled with hand tools, mechanical tasks, packing, picking, and RF scanners

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
