OVERVIEW: The Footwear Retail Sales Leader is essential in executing brand standards and enhancing the teammate experience. Working closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will become the in-store expert for your department. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guiding your teammates will set you apart. Leading by example, showing empathy, and collaborating is key to our success. Assist in building a strong team by participating in in-store interviews and departmental tours.
Foster a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate, nurturing mutual trust and respect to strengthen our store community.
Plan and organize tasks with a 30-day outlook alongside the Assistant Store Manager to effectively manage workforce deployment for daily operations and events.
Leverage team strengths to meet brand standards and ensure successful execution of programs and daily tasks.
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards to enrich the shopping environment, including floor sets and inventory displays.
Support the store leadership in general supervision in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
Guide your teammates in company procedures and training, ensuring effective onboarding and cross-training.
Focus on coaching and personal development, explaining the rationale behind tasks and processes.
Lead by example in promoting the organization’s vision and ensuring teammates understand how their roles contribute to the overall goals and customer experience.
Encourage an inclusive store atmosphere where all customers and teammates feel welcome and respected.
Adhere to safety and loss prevention protocols while maintaining confidentiality of Company information.
Adopt a collaborative approach to support team needs across the store.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior retail or customer-focused experience preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 15 to 35 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Capability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or platforms.
Perform repetitive motions for short periods as required.
