Title: Food Service Representative II

Facility: South Florida Baptist Hospital

Responsibilities:

• The Food Service Representative II provides food service to patients, guests or customers.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment.
• May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.
• Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles.
• Acts as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
