Job Summary As the Retail Manager, you will support the General Manager or Director in driving operational success across all retail functions. You'll ensure compliance with client expectations, health department regulations, and company standards, while fostering a positive, efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership to motivate, train, and guide staff in delivering excellent customer service and achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily retail operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service. Plan and execute special functions and promotions. Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate payroll and financial records. Hire, train, and schedule frontline staff to meet service expectations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or food service operations management. Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare is a plus. Retail marketing experience is preferred. Strong understanding of cash handling and POS systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Associate's degree preferred.
