M. Peppers is an exciting neighborhood French bistro in the Tyler Park area of the Highlands. Focusing on traditional French cookery with local ingredients and a concentration on French and American wine and classic cocktails that pair harmoniously together.

Overview: We are looking for an experienced food runner/ server assistant to provide exceptional hospitality, impeccable service, guide guests through our menu and wine list, and ensure a seamless dining experience. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, a great attitude, and a passion for food and wine.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately Confirm that orders are complete, correct, and visually appealing before serving Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed Ensure the expo line and pass are clean, stocked, and organized Handle guest requests and relay messages to appropriate team members Support servers during busy shifts to ensure seamless service Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Excellent customer service and teamwork skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted. Working in a busy, dynamic restaurant environment with temperature variations.
