As a Server at Senior Star, you'll work in a senior living community that provides a five-star dining experience for residents. This isn't a restaurant, hospital, or nursing home; it's a residential setting where associates like you create exceptional experiences every day.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional dining service during meals, which may include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Building relationships with residents by providing personalized service and ensuring a welcoming dining environment. Supporting and participating in special events and themed meals. Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring dining areas meet high standards of safety and hygiene. What You Bring to the Team: A passion for serving others and a positive attitude. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliability and flexibility to work your assigned schedule, including every other weekend.
