Responsibilities
As a Night Cleaner, you will: Work as part of a dedicated overnight cleaning team to ensure Vista Hall is spotless and ready for the next day's service
Maintain the cleanliness of guest-facing spaces, kitchen areas, floors, equipment, restrooms, and dining rooms
Operate cleaning tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner, adhering to safety standards and resort cleaning protocols
Perform routine inspections and walkthroughs to maintain consistency and quality
Communicate maintenance or cleaning issues promptly to the Night Cleaner Supervisor
Support team success by accepting and giving feedback professionally
Take pride in upholding the Big Sky Resort standards for cleanliness and service
Qualifications

Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
Comfortable with physical, active work that includes repetitive tasks and lifting
Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude
Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
