Join the Modern Creative Solutions & Floral Design Team a dynamic, multi-channel creative group specializing in floral, event, and seasonal decor. We're looking for a hands-on, creative individual who enjoys problem-solving, designing, and working behind the scenes to make events magical.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Support in-store customer service and design operations
• Help coordinate showroom displays and seasonal transitions
• Assist with holiday décor prep, installation, and teardown
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Fresh Floral Manager
• Contribute to floral services, event setups, and more
• Maintain a positive and organized work environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Background or strong interest in floral design, retail merchandising, or event styling
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn
• Great with people and thrives in a collaborative team
• Willing to listen, learn, and adapt to the "Modern Display Way"
• Able to handle physical tasks like lifting, ladder work, and standing for long periods
• Comfortable with tools, flexible schedules, and creative challenges
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic Microsoft Office tools
• Full-time availability preferred, but part-time may be considered
