As First Line Cook, you must possess and demonstrate basic knowledge in recipe preparation, including the ability to fry, poach, and roast. Candidates must pass a cooking exam and skills test both in food identification and cuts, as well as an oral quiz.

You'll perform responsibilities as assigned.
