Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative at Jill Willey State Farm, you will play a vital role in helping our customers protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that suit their unique requirements.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  4. Consultative Selling: Conducting comprehensive consultations with customers to identify their coverage needs and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we encourage individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
  • Bilingual Spanish
