Hes an active volunteer, serving on the Junior Achievement board and as a Jeff Awards judge, and he currently serves as the Vice President of the Raven Theater Board. Dan and his team are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Consultative Sales: Use your expertise to help clients choose the right insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more) based on their needs
• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service through every stage of their insurance journey
• Bilingual Advantage: Use your Spanish language skills to connect with a broader range of clients and deliver outstanding customer care
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve goals and provide seamless service
• Insurance Expertise: Provide advice and support on Property & Casualty insurance products, policies, and claims
• Drive Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

• Property & Casualty License: Required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English: Fluent communication in both languages is essential
• Proven Insurance Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales and customer service preferred
• Sales & Service Focused: Strong ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions that best meet those needs
• Positive & Driven: A go-getter with a positive attitude who thrives in a sales environment
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to manage tasks, processes, and customer communications
