Financial Customer Support Representative Join a fast-paced, growth-focused team helping investors make smart financial decisions. Responsibilities include: assisting with account transactions and online navigation, supporting decision-making based on financial goals. Requirements: 1+ year customer service experience, strong work ethic, problem-solving, and empathy. Bonus: college degree or equivalent. Training & Career Path: Paid training: 8 weeks, licensing prep, earn SIE, Series 6 & 63 licenses within 6 months, promotion opportunities. Perks: Casual dress code (jeans welcome!), supportive, like-minded teammates. Schedule: On-site, MonFri, shifts between 6:45 AM4:45 PM, free parking near True Food Kitchen. Pay range: $21.00 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
