The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure equipment at customer sites according to specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during service visits.

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and inventory management.

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

- Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role.

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
