We’re looking for a Service Technician who’s ready to take ownership of service and support for cutting-edge security systems across a diverse client base. What You’ll Be Doing

Service, maintain, and repair Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Intrusion Detection systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues both onsite and remotely. Provide customer instruction and support on system functionality. Interpret blueprints and run jobs independently or as part of a team. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and service records. Top Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial security systems. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Proficiency in: Access Control: Genetec, Lenel, HID, Salto, Software House Video Surveillance: Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha, MilestoneIntrusion Systems: Honeywell, DSC, Bosch Ability to read blueprints and manage job sites. Experience running cable and performing installations. Nice-to-Haves
