Field Service Technician — Industrial Machine Repair

We work on CNC equipment, press brakes, band saws, grinders, and everything in between. Our technicians are in the field daily — diagnosing problems, solving them, and moving on to the next call. We're looking for a technician who brings problem-solving instincts to every job site — someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and picks up new equipment fast. You don't wait for answers. You find them. What You'll Do Travel to customer facilities across the country (100% travel — this is the job) Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on industrial machinery Read and interpret machine schematics and wiring diagrams Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to trace faults Work with PLC systems (troubleshooting, not necessarily programming) Communicate clearly with shop supervisors and plant managers on-site What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with industrial machine repair or a strong trades background Comfortable reading electrical schematics and machine drawings Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems PLC familiarity — Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, a plus Mechanically inclined — you figure things out Valid driver's license, clean record Able to pass background check Comfortable being on the road — this isn't occasional travel, it's the whole role What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Travel covered (hotel, per diem, rental or company vehicle) Work with a tight team that respects skilled tradespeople Exposure to a wide range of machine types and industries Growth as the company expands Phone: | | alliedmachinex.com
