Field Service Technician Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot and repair fireplaces, gas lanterns and grills. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting directly with clients in their homes or place of business to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently. In person Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot natural gas system components. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and identify issues. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and updates. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic fireplace installation and construction projects. Experience in industrial maintenance is preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately. Familiarity with natural gas systems maintenance. Excellent command of English for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required. Company transportation provided, work vans/trucks.
