Position Overview We are looking for a Service Technician / Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to grow a career in the equipment rental industry. Location: 4050 W. Saturn Way, Chandler, AZ 85226 Pay: Starting at $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Key Responsibilities as a Field Pipe Installer - Assist with installation, setup, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment - Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work - Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times - Load and unload trucks and assist with equipment deliveries and returns - Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks - Work outdoors in various conditions and support emergency/overtime work as needed - Follow all company policies, procedures, and Crew Leader instructions - Maintain professional communication and a team-oriented attitude - Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills of a Field Pipe Installer - High school diploma or GED preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus) - Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire - Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations - Able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor, physically demanding environments - Team player with a dependable, safety-first mindset - Experience in the rental or pump industry a plus; HDPE fusion experience preferred What We Offer - Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime - On-the-job training and career growth in the equipment rental industry - Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; Paid holidays and PTO; Company-paid life insurance; Short- and long-term disability coverage This is a hands-on, field-focused position perfect for someone looking to build a career in equipment rental and construction services.
