Our fast-casual restaurant brand is seeking an enthusiastic leader to manage restaurant operations. Our ideal candidate has the desire to mentor and develop others and believes that success comes by putting their team members first! Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience as a restaurant General Manager – fast-casual or QSR concept experience required
Strong P&L management experience
Hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and by example
Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and customers
Computer savvy and able to teach and coach others
Flexible schedule – able to work early mornings/ nights/ weekends Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities: Create a restaurant business plan by analyzing P&L data and sales projections
Effectively manage all FOH and BOH operations
Execute all human resources tasks: recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing all training initiatives
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage all team members and customers
Able to resolve all service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency Restaurant General Manager Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
