Your Role: Deliver a world-class shopping experience by engaging customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with merchandise selection. Foster team spirit by participating in team selling and driving store sales goals. Help with visual merchandising, store setup, and merchandising stock counts. Maintain fitting room areas and ensure merchandise is returned to the sales floor as needed. Accurately handle all customer transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns. Ensure your assigned sales area is fully stocked and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, with frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Climbing a ladder to reach merchandise and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors is also necessary.
