As a Fashion Retail Key Holder, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire and lead team members to meet sales targets while ensuring operational excellence when acting as the manager on duty. In this role, you will: Inspire and motivate the store team to deliver their best performance. Execute strategies to maximize growth and opportunities for success. Create an engaging and inclusive environment for both staff and customers. Enhance the customer experience through top-notch operational performance. Exceed customer expectations with every interaction. Leadership Responsibilities: Work closely with the management team to guide store staff toward achieving sales and service goals when you're the acting manager. Model company values and provide active coaching to the team. Communicate effectively to ensure staff are informed and equipped to drive business. Assist in the recruitment process and foster a diverse store environment. Performance Expectations: Support management in achieving business objectives, including sales, customer service, and operational targets. Utilize store reports for data-driven decision-making to enhance store performance. Participate in outreach initiatives to drive business and share leads with the Store Manager. Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on development plans. Operational Excellence: Work with management to ensure proper staffing for executing initiatives and fulfilling operational tasks. Assist in training the store team on all internal operational functions. Stay informed about corporate communications, policies, and initiatives. Support implementation of store programs aimed at increasing efficiency and branding. Workplace Culture: Contribute to an inclusive environment where all voices are valued. Promote a culture of learning and utilize training resources effectively. Serve as a role model and provide enthusiastic leadership to the team. Facilitate regular store meetings to keep the team updated on company directives. Customer Experience: Train staff on customer service best practices to ensure exceptional experiences. Leverage customer feedback to resolve concerns proactively. Collaborate with management to maintain visual merchandising to brand standards. Qualifications: At least 1 year of retail or sales experience. A creative individual with strong judgment and business acumen. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strategic thinker. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to listen actively and solve problems effectively. Experience in training and developing high-performing teams. Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools. Capability to operate a computer and POS system. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders. Visual ability to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
