The boutique is a "walk-in closet" full of the hottest contemporary luxury designer apparel, handbags, shoes and accessories by brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermes and Joie, Equipment, Alexis, and more! We’re currently looking for an energetic, intelligent, friendly and dedicated Fashion Retail Buyer for our Corona del Mar luxury and contemporary designer resale consignment store. You will be the first point of contact with our consignors and customers. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves fashion and is customer service oriented. We also need a quick learner and someone who enjoys a challenge and can manage ever-changing tasks in a fast pace environment.

As a Fashion Retail Resale Buyer, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, receiving, selecting merchandise based on designer, age and condition and pricing merchandise based on our company guidelines, current inventory and current fashion trends. Responsibilities Research brand, style, and resale value of pre-owned designer contemporary and luxury apparel, handbags, shoes and accessories Review, select and price merchandise based on research and providing details to consignors Provide consignors with a friendly and professional experience for in-store appointments Accurately and confidently communicate consignor account information, company’s consignment policies and procedures Communicate with consignors in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner via email, phone and / or live chat about account status (sales, inventory, etc.) Display a positive attitude and work with integrity when dealing with customers, consignors, and co-workers Prep products for display on sales floor and maintain merchandising standards Maintain stockroom and supplies by company standards and ensure accurate labeling of all new merchandise Assist sales team on sales floor as needed Work with a team to conduct inventory Qualifications 5 or more years of previous fashion retail sales and / or customer service experience is a must Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, preferred Ability to multi-task Knowledge of current fashion terms, trends of luxury and contemporary designers Ability to sit at a computer and type for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong research and computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, POS, etc.) Self-motivated and team player Basic Accounting skills is a plus Great follow up skills Detail oriented and organized Must be neat, professional in appearance, and punctual Flexible schedule, weekends required Participate in inventory and in-store sale events The Perks A chance to be a part of a dynamic team with leaders that will train and develop new skill sets A positive and encouraging work environment with colleagues that support and inspire Employee discount Company Description On Que Style is Orange County's premier contemporary and luxury designer resale and consignment company.
