Job Details Job Location GA-AGAC Augusta Family Store 1 - AUGUSTA, GA Position Type Full Time Regular Education Level High School Diploma/GED Salary Range $10.00 Hourly Job Shift Any Job Category Store ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Warehouse Worker FT Tuesday - Saturday This position is responsible for: Receives, sorts, and stores donated items in the Warehouse storage area: determines the acceptability of donated items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse area. Assist customers dropping off donated items. Key Responsibilities: Receives, inspects, sorts donated items according to the category and condition. Selects items suitable and distributes same to appropriate storage area in accordance with established procedures. Tags items with dates in accordance with established procedures. Prepares non-suitable items for discard. Assist customers dropping off donations, including completing receipts for donations. Maintains warehouse and loading dock area in a neat and orderly manner. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull items up to 25lbs. Ability to work around dirt and dust and the like in a warehouse setting.
