Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position based on experience Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC), State Loan Repayment, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Programs. Key Responsibilities: 32 patient care hours and 8 hours of administrative time each week Position is full-time and may include evening shift and Saturday rotation based on clinic needs Serve as a primary care provider managing routine, acute, and chronic patient needs. Perform health maintenance (e.g., screenings, physicals, developmental assessments). Educate patients on self-management and disease prevention. Engage in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner DEA, MCSR, and BLS certification required Minimum of 2+ years as a Nurse Practitioner. Community health experience preferred. Proficiency in EMR systems (EPIC/OCHIN experience highly desired).
