Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) Location: Rockville, Maryland Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm Position Type: Contract: 1099 Independent Contractor About Potomac Wellness Medical Center: Potomac Wellness Medical Center is dedicated to delivering high-quality care that patients can rely on. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including sick and well visits. Provide gynecologic care within the scope of primary care services. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. Emphasize preventive care and health maintenance strategies. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience in a primary care setting Certification: Active board certification as an FNP or AGNP. Licensure: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland. Skills: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to patient-centered care. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $60 $70, commensurate with experience. Benefits: As a 1099 contractor, traditional benefits are not provided; however, malpractice coverage is included.
