Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice located in Elkhart, Indiana at Simonton Lake Family Practice.

This practice is part of a multi-specialty location offering convenient access to on-site X-ray and laboratory services, creating a seamless experience for both patients and providers. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team that includes family practice and other specialists within the building.

This is a traditional Family Medicine practice providing comprehensive care across the lifespanfrom pediatrics to geriatrics. Services include chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures, and more. The average patient census per day is 18-22.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
