Description of the role:

Pocono Mountains Pa. General Motors Dealer is seeking an Experienced General Motors Service Manager to join our team at The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, specifically with General Motors vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the service department

Ensure efficient and timely repairs and maintenance of General Motors vehicles

Supervise technicians and provide training and support

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service

Requirements:

Must Have prior experience in New Car Dealer Automotive Service Management, preferably with General Motors vehicles

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of automotive systems and components
