Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Compensation: $29.20/hr + incentives based on production Start date: ASAP Diagnose a variety of customer and dealership vehicles efficiently and accurately. Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools to tackle no start issues, vehicle performance problems, and suspension concerns. Collaborate with the parts department to identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs. Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and issues specific to your OEM. Complete all assigned repairs with a focus on quality and detail from start to finish. Employ video multi-point inspections to enhance service quality. Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses and appropriate footwear. Requirements: 8+ years of automotive technician experience is required. Automotive degree and/or OEM certification is preferred. A strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reliable team player with a commitment to excellence. High attention to detail and standards for quality work. Self-motivated with effective time management skills. Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
