CRB is seeking a polished and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to our CEO. This role goes beyond traditional support—it's a trusted partnership that enables executive productivity, drives key initiatives, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations at the highest level of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate high-level internal and external engagements. Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle expense reporting with precision. Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners. Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, presentations, and confidential documents. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, information gaps, and logistical challenges.
Project & Strategic Support: Lead or support special projects, including cross-functional initiatives, executive reporting, and event planning. Track progress on strategic priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for executive decision-making. Partner with chiefs of staff, business unit leaders, and other EAs to drive operational efficiency and executive alignment.
Ideal Candidate: Executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or global organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack), and project management platforms.
