Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides support to the Office of the CEO, contributes to the strategic planning of the business operations, as well as manages the daily operations of the office. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical role responsible for providing comprehensive, high-level administrative, organizational, and project management support. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized, priorities are managed effectively, and communication flows seamlessly both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and exceptionally trustworthy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Primarily provide support to the CEO and as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. Serve as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive experience. Exhibits professional decorum, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely in a way that reflects positively on the CEO's office. Exercises sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Manages the CEO's calendars, schedules meetings (both virtual and in-person), and coordinates travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail for both personal and professional meetings. Manages meeting and event planning, including monthly companywide meetings, executive events, taking meeting minutes, etc. Welcomes and assists guests in the office. Anticipates needs and proactively prepares materials for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements. Earns and maintains the CEO's confidence through consistent reliability, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor. Takes initiative to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise. Assists in drafting and managing internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO to keep the team informed, aligned, and inspired. Manages expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and efficiently. Oversees office supplies and equipment and serves as the key point of contact for the office building management to ensure the office is always well-equipped and functional. Serves as the point of contact for the office Screens and directs phone calls and distributes correspondence. Performs other duties within the scope of the role. Requirements: 5-7+ years' experience in a a high level administrative role reporting directly to upper management or executives. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once. Driven by the team's success and have a low ego and a high sense of ownership. Communicate with precision, clarity, and tact and are an exceptional listener. You actively look to build relationships across teams as an extension of the CEO. Ability to demonstrate absolute integrity and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding all business matters, strategic initiatives, and personal information. Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge. Exhibits good judgment and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges. Strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems. Hybrid We offer a hybrid work environment.
