Executive Assistant
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage executive's calendars and set up meetings.
Rack daily expenses and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Take minutes during meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls and distributes correspondence.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Audit the internal process.
Market Maker all RFQ's.
Manage the Escrow.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Will adhere to DEX's quality system policies, applicable standards, and quality manual as dictated.
Bachelor's and MBA required.
3-5 years previous experience as an executive assistant reporting to Executive Management.
Excellent Excel (including advanced experience with graphs, charts and presentations), Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Must be detail oriented and have great organizational, computer and communication skills (written and verbal).
Outstanding work ethic with highest degree of integrity.
Focused, self starter who can take the initiative and follow up, even when not asked.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present views and ideas in a convincing and clear manner, and a high degree of integrity and maturity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Microsoft office, Excel, Executive admin, Masters degree.
Intermediate Level.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
