JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrative & Project Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders while also serving as a key contributor to strategic projects and business operations. This role functions as both an executive assistant and a project coordinator, with responsibilities that include independent planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process development across multiple areas of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required): Manage executive calendars including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate logistics for executive meetings including preparing meeting materials, reserving conference rooms, and arranging catering. Update and maintain internal and external documents such as price lists, customer databases, and sales reports. Serve as a point of contact for external representatives, handling inquiries and communications professionally. Independently manage project timelines and deliverables for special initiatives, including consulting partnerships, cross-functional process improvements, and systems development. Contribute to business operations by identifying process gaps, recommending solutions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive execution. Oversee office management tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating office maintenance, ordering business cards, stocking Showroom cooler, and processing invoices. Serve as the primary administrative contact for the holding company, facilitating communication and coordination as needed. Attend meetings and provide meeting minutes as requested. Lead the coordination of a company-wide customer database project, ensuring alignment between legacy systems and business needs in preparation for a cloud-based system upgrade Support project planning, resource tracking, and stakeholder communication for consulting engagement initiatives, including project execution with AGI. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required. Project management experience preferred. Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and make decisions related to project timelines and business processes. Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Some travel required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily works out of Statesville location or Momentec corporate office. May work remotely as schedule allows. WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Exempt: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM. Some weekend work may be needed. DRESS CODE: Dress appropriate.
