Position Overview
Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event & Tradeshow Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events and industry tradeshows across all ChannelSpark-supported brands. This role will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, developing event strategies, and ensuring seamless execution that maximizes ROI and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy: Own the event calendar across all subsidiaries, including Netlink Voice, 888VoIP, PhoneSuite, and others. Align event planning with company growth goals and marketing initiatives.
Tradeshow Execution: Coordinate all aspects of tradeshowsfrom booth logistics and design to staffing, shipping, registration, vendor contracts, and setup/tear-down.
Lead Management: Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead capture, follow-up sequences (via HubSpot or other CRM), and reporting for every event.
Budget Management: Build and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure events stay within scope and ROI targets.
Brand Presence: Ensure all event materials and experiences are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with messaging for each individual company.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for leadership, sales, vendors, partners, and internal creative teams during the event lifecycle.
Travel Management: Oversee travel logistics for team members attending events, including booking accommodations, shipping materials, and coordinating schedules.
Post-Event Reporting: Analyze and report event performance, lead outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
37 years of experience managing events, trade shows, or conferences (B2B experience preferred)
Proven success coordinating large-scale events or multi-brand booth experiences
Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills
Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads and campaigns
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time
Knowledge of telecom, VoIP, or channel partner ecosystems is a plus
