The Role at a glance:We are looking to add an experienced and motivated event captain to our team. As an event captain, you will have the opportunity to ensure smooth food service for a variety of events and supervise front and back of house activity. What you'll be doing:Leading a team of event staff and kitchen staff to direct a successful service.Facilitating transportation of equipment and service, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of catering equipment and storage areas, and room decoration.Handling customer service needs. What we're looking for:Must-haves:Excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and service knowledge.At least two years of experience as a service lead or supervisor in a hotel or catering environment.Nice-to-haves:Food Handler’s certification
