While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success! About the Role Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.

Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge.

Key Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed

Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs

A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals

Open to traveling within the local market as needed

Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
