Responsibilities: Ability to read, comprehend , and follow Restaurant Food Manual, Recipes, and Instruction Guides Following a Prep List and Prioritizing Completion based on par Levels and Restaurant Need Adhering to Product Date Labelling and Food Storage Hierarchy Guidelines, as outlined by Restaurant Policy and Health Department Regulations Prepare Recipes by Measuring Ingredients, Boiling, Broiling, Baking, Sauteing, and Using Proper Cooling Methods Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Detailing the Prep Workspace as Needed and as Required by Restaurant Protocol Managing Time Effectively and Working Efficiently to Yield High Quality Food Products Operating, Maintaining , Cleaning, and Sanitizing all Kitchen Equipment per Instruction Following all Safety and Sanitation Procedures as well as Restaurant Protocols Ensuring only Q uality F inished P roducts are S erved to our G uests Using P roper P ortioning U tensils and F ollowing R ecipe Gu idelines Working C ooperatively with other K itchen T eam M embers and M anagement Ability to M ulti- T ask and C omplete T asks S afely and E fficiently Safe H andling, U se, and S torage of S anitation and C leaning C hemicals Required Qualifications Must be 18 Years old to apply Strong attention to detail High standards of cleanliness Ability to lead and take direction Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and stand and walk for extended periods Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations Team-oriented attitude
