About the Role: A well-established and family-focused commercial contractor is seeking a Estimator/Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating. This is a key opportunity to join a tight-knit team working on diverse projects, including ground-up municipal buildings and creative private renovations.

What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience or as a Project Manager. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift/On-Screen Takeoff, and Excel Ability to read and understand plans/specs thoroughly Strong organizational and time management skills-manage multiple estimates at once Clear, professional communication skills (written & verbal) Mentor less experienced Project Management staff on the daily duties required to effectively manage a construction project Oversee the Subcontractor and Vendor procurement by supervising the completion of buyout, scope of work review, contract writing, insurance and bonding reviews, etc. Why You’ll Love This Opportunity: Family-first culture with a supportive leadership team Work-life balance Competitive base salary ($80K-$100K DOE)
