They’re looking to add a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator to their growing team!

Position Overview: As a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and estimating plumbing projects across Northeast Ohio. From blueprint to build, you’ll help deliver high-impact projects ranging from $1K to multimillion-dollar scopes. Key Responsibilities:

Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Estimate project costs, materials, and labor—experience with blueprint-based estimating is a plus Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Travel locally throughout Northeast Ohio to visit job sites and meet with stakeholders

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in plumbing project management and estimating Background in commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required) Willingness to travel locally
