Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: Valid ACLS required

Must-Have: - Cover Sheet - Resume - Certification

Description: Resource must have a valid ACLS. This is a full-time position with every other weekend required. All resources are required to float as directed. Time off is limited to 5 days maximum, with no more than 2 consecutive days. There is no time off permitted the day before or after a holiday and no time off on weekends. Candidate must have experience managing behavioral emergencies. Familiarity with glucometer and donning and removing PPE is necessary. Understanding of isolation precautions and ability to perform 12 lead EKG is essential. Experience with the application of restraints and assisting with procedures is required. Phlebotomy skills are important. Knowledge of post-mortem care is needed. Candidates should be able to recognize abnormal and normal vital sign parameters for all age groups. Ability to label specimens and transport them appropriately is necessary. Candidates must be able to report changes in patient conditions. Experience with patients from neonate to older adult is required. The ability to assist with ambulation and feeding patients is important.
