Job Description
- Lead project and sales development activities for dispensing and curing equipment across a defined U.S. region.
- Build, preserve, and grow a customer base that includes machine integrators and non-adhesive-focused partners.
- Identify customer needs, analyze technical requirements, and develop tailored equipment proposals.
- Maintain close relationships with machine vendors and integrators to support business growth.
- Collaborate with regional sales colleagues and international distributors.
- Serve as a key point of contact for equipment-related inquiries.
- Conduct proactive market analysis to stay ahead of technology trends and competitor activity.
- Participate in industry events, including trade shows, customer presentations, and innovation days.
- Work closely with internal equipment engineering, product management, marketing, and sales leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales; at least 5 years working in technical environments.
- Background: Prior roles in engineering (design, application, or equipment engineering) strongly preferred.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in industrial equipment, electronics, microelectronics, automation, display, or mass-production manufacturing preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related disciplines (Physics, Materials, Electrical/Electronic Engineering).
- Character Traits: Demonstrates rapport-building skills, self-motivation, professionalism, perseverance, solution orientation, strong listening skills, and excellent presentation abilities.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fast comprehension of technical scenarios, ability to explain and justify proposed solutions using engineering drawings.
- Loyalty & Stability: Employment history should reflect long-term roles; multiple short stints (under 2 years) must be explained.
- Other Requirements:Valid U.S. driver's license and personal vehicle (available M-F for customer travel).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Must be able to travel to Europe for initial onboarding/training (approx. 2 months).
