As a Full-Time Environmental Services Support professional at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hospital and its properties remain sanitary, orderly, and attractive. Your daily responsibilities will include executing cleaning assignments, selecting necessary supplies, and utilizing cleaning solutions to effectively disinfect furnishings, floors, and equipment, thereby minimizing the risk of disease transmission. You will maintain cleanliness by polishing surfaces and replenishing supplies such as soap and towels while recycling materials as needed. Additionally, you will safely operate department equipment, including vacuums and carpet extractors, to uphold cleanliness standards. Your commitment will extend to providing fresh linen to patients and staff by managing laundry operations, including weighing, washing, folding, and transporting linens.

You will also be proactive in notifying supervisors about low supplies or necessary repairs, contributing to a high-performance environment that prioritizes safety and excellence.
