Key Responsibilities

* Represent national brands and client partners at retail events, trade shows, pop-up events, and community activations * Engage customers with a friendly, professional, and confident approach * Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and brand messaging * Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown * Track customer interactions, collect feedback, and gather lead information * Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets

Qualifications

* 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. * Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public * Positive attitude with a coachable, growth-oriented mindset * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Reliable transportation for event assignments * Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or events is a plus—but not required
