The Role Join our team of Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, also known asCustomer Relationship Advocates (CRA). This first-of-its-kind experience supercharges your early career growth at Fidelity with personalized support, skill development and training. What to expect As a new CRA, you'll learn about the financial services industry, apply new concepts, develop, and practice new skills, and push yourself to accomplish new goals through

three major milestones: 1. Licensing Preparation In the first months, you'll prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE , Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by Fidelity.
