Vertical This role will specifically involve selling into accounts within the Retail and Consumer Goods Industry. You may be aligned with the following clouds: Slack NetZero Cloud Tableau Marketing Cloud Specialization Cloud Digital Day to Day Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision-makers within their accounts, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts Develop and implement the overall long-term strategy for each account, aligned with customer business objectives Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with sales resources to ensure strategic alignment Communicate Salesforce's value proposition for existing and new customers Drive growth within existing accounts Preferred Qualifications 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise sales Experience managing a large key account Ability to strategize with a large extended team Experience evaluated based on core competencies, including leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, or work experience Working at Salesforce Working at Salesforce involves continuous learning.
